Nyon – The Italian record champions Juventus Turin are not allowed to play internationally in the coming season. The European Football Union UEFA excluded the seventh-placed player from the past Serie A from the European Cup for violating financial regulations. Juventus would have been eligible for the Conference League play-offs. The English top club FC Chelsea has to pay a fine of ten million euros for irregularities in the balance sheets.
