UEPC and Sadop join the national teacher strike in response to “the repression in Jujuy”

The Union of Educators of the Province of Córdoba (UEPC) and the Argentine Union of Private Teachers (Sadop) of the provincial branch joined the national strike convened by Ctera for this Thursday, June 22 “in solidarity” and “in repudiation of the repression” in Jujuy.

Oscar Frontroth, press secretary of the gemial organization, in dialogue with the new morning stated: “It is in solidarity and support for the teaching struggle of Jujuy, because we repudiate the fierce repression of the security forces of the provincial government. For its part, regional Sadop Córdoba announced on Tuesday that it was also joining the national strike scheduled for Thursday: “We emphatically repudiate the criminalization of social protest and request the urgent intervention of the National Government in the conflict, so that lives are preserved. and the freedoms of our and our compatriots ”, says the letter.
