An airstrike on the Ukrainian capital Kyiv early Thursday killed three people, including two children, Mayor Vitali Klitschko and military authorities said. Four other people were injured.
“Among the three dead in the Desnyansky district were two children, aged 5-6 and 12-13 years old,” Kyiv’s military administration said on Telegram.
Several Russian missiles were fired at the Ukrainian capital this week. On Monday, an unusual daytime attack on kyiv had led residents to take cover.
