Kiev – Ukraine says it has carried out a cyber attack on the Russian Defense Ministry. A ministry server for internal communications was paralyzed, the Ukrainian military intelligence service GUR reported on Tuesday. The hacker attack interrupted the exchange of information between the ministry’s departments. AFP might not independently verify the information. The Russian government did not respond to the report.
