Ukraine’s oil depot destroyed by Russian attack

Kyiv: Russian airstrikes once more targeting Kharkiv in Ukraine. An oil depot in Chernihiv was reportedly destroyed in the attack. The shelling engulfed the oil depot. The continuous shelling has caused great damage. Eight people, including two children, were reported killed. Kharkiv is the second largest city in Ukraine.

Meanwhile, Russia is stepping up its offensive in Ukraine for the eighth day. Russia’s bombing targets oil and fuel plants. Houses were gutted in the blaze that followed the blast in Kharkiv, and buildings were reported to have collapsed. The power connection is completely interrupted.

Russia also attacked the church’s Territorial Defense headquarters in Kharkiv on Wednesday night. There were two explosions at a metro station near Kiev. In addition, the port city of Mariupol is surrounded by Russian troops.
