The ukrainian delegation arrived this Monday morning at the border with Belarus to start negotiations with Russiawhere will require a “immediate” ceasefire and the withdrawal of russian troopsaccording to the Ukrainian presidency.
“The key issue is a ceasefire and withdrawal of troops from Ukrainian territory”, expressed the Office of the Presidency before the meeting began, which started at ten in the morning Spanish time to start the dialogue, after last Thursday Russia began the invasion of Ukraine.

Ukrainian officials finally agreed to travel to Belarus, although not to Minsk as originally proposed by Russia, since considers that the Belarusian president, Alexander Lukashenko, is not neutral having welcomed more than 30,000 Russian soldiers and military equipment for joint exercises that have served Moscow to cross the southern border of that country to attack Ukraine.
