Ten people died in recent rocket attacks by Russian forces on Ukrainian cities. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy spoke before the United Nations Security Council again about “crimes against humanity” that Moscow would be committing by shelling the energy infrastructure. Russia’s UN Ambassador Wassili Nebensja spoke of necessary attacks on the “military potential of our opponents”.
