Nadav Goshen has resigned as CEO of UltiMaker. His place is taken by Michiel Alting von Geusau. The former naval officer has held several management positions in the logistics and supply chain world.

Michiel Alting from Geusau was previously CEO and CFO of Docdata NV. He transformed this company and eventually sold it to Ingram Micro Commerce & Fulfillment. After the takeover, he started working as Global President for the Commerce and Lifecycle Services business unit. During his career, Michiel has led the acquisition and seamless integration of multiple companies worldwide.

New phase

According to Bart Markus, chairman of the Supervisory Board, Nadav Goshen is the manager who built the foundations for the merged group UltiMaker. Michiel must lead the new phase of the company. “Michiel is a seasoned and results-oriented leader with extensive experience in driving growth within technology companies.”

UltiMaker was created a year ago from the merger of Ultimaker with Makerbot, following the latter was divested by Stratasys.
