- The Treasury raises 32 billion
- Needs covered at 107%
On April 26, 2023, Burkina Faso organized, at the request of the General Directorate of the Treasury and Public Accounts, a simultaneous issue of Treasury Bonds and Equivalent Bonds, for an amount of 30 billion CFA francs.
This issue, which recorded a coverage rate of 107.30%, for a retained amount of 32.18 billion CFA francs. The operation consisted of 3 different issues, investors from Burkina Faso offered the largest amounts. They are followed by those of Côte d’Ivoire and Togo and Senegal.
On the BAT of 182 days, the tenders retained amount to 18.23 billion F CFA. On the 3-year OATs, it is 6.55 billion CFA francs and on the 5-year OAT, the bids selected amount to 7.40 billion CFA francs.
