In the morgue of the Institute of Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences, Bucaramanga section, remains the lifeless body of a 48-year-old man, identified as Joselin Montoya, who has not yet been claimed by his loved ones.
According to Forensic Medicine, no one has come to ask about this person, who died several weeks ago in the capital of Santander.
This man was born in Bucaramanga, on September 21, 1974 and his identity number was 91’474,188. To disseminate him, the entity released a photograph of the deceased in his youth.

If ultimately no one appears to claim your loved one, Forensic Medicine will request a state burial process where the mayor’s office must bury them in a cemetery in their jurisdiction.
