On Sunday, André Debor, the mythical “Tonton Tapis” of the 80s and 90s, drove to Visé to meet a friend, but what was initially supposed to be a moment of relaxation quickly turned into a nightmare.

“I was going for a drink with a friend in the Garden. So I parked on Boulevard des Arquebusiers. As I had my dog ​​with me, I left him in the car with the windows half-open. I then went for a drink for an hour and when I returned to my vehicle, he was no longer there », explains André Debor.
