So I started helping out friends.” Via messages exchanged on the Snapchat application, the young dealer sold cannabis at 10 euros/gram and cocaine at 70 euros/gram. The investigation brought to light the existence of seven customers.

A good lesson

If, at the start, the prosecution intended to request, as usual in this type of case, a sentence of 18 months in prison, the substitute Lecomte changed tack in the hearing. A probationary suspension or a work sentence is desired. On the defense, a measure of favor is also pleaded for what was a “mistake” and which will serve as an electric shock.
