The General Directorate of Internal Security Forces – Public Relations Division issued the following communiqué:
According to the directives of the Director General, Major General Imad Othman, to intensify the investigation effort to uncover the crime of the murder of the deceased Ahmed Darwish (b. 1986) from the ancient town of Akkar, which took place in the outskirts of Qammoua on 6-25-2023, and after follow-up, the threads of the crime were revealed. Information, and details of the crime will be announced upon completion of the ongoing investigations under the supervision of the judiciary.
