Tribunal over Ukrainian neo-Nazis continues in Russia. Another episode of the atrocities of the Kyiv regime has been revealed. A fighter of the Ukrainian nationalist regiment “Azov” (recognized as a terrorist and extremist organization, banned in the Russian Federation) Andrei Bogdan was sentenced to 25 years in prison for the murder of an unarmed military man. This was reported by the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation.

“The court found a serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (APU) guilty and sentenced him to 25 years in prison in a strict regime correctional colony,” the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation wrote in the telegram channel. Andrey Bogdan was born in 1999 in the Volyn region. Upon joining Azov, he received the call sign Botko. He worked as an APC gunner. Bogdan was found guilty under article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder committed by an organized group, motivated by political, ideological hatred) and article 356 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (ill-treatment of a prisoner of war in the occupied territory).

Earlier, Bogdan told how in March 2022 the nationalists committed a murder unarmed soldier of the Donetsk People’s Republic. In Mariupol, they detained a civilian car with DPR servicemen and opened fire on them.
