Not wrong regarding foreign students (in certain studies) and their tuition fees (they come, graduate and leave “at a lower cost” compared to their country). But to hear an MR talk about “restructuring” is to see an alarm signal going off, given “their” previous “restructurings”. For “some”, restructuring means cutting budgets (health, police, army… “enzovoort”), but not in the number of mandates or positions in politics nor being interested in the most well-off (last example : the “no” restructuring of the tax system…)
