2- Drinking water before bed protects against strokes and heart attacks that may suddenly attack a person during his sleep, as water enhances the effectiveness of blood circulation, and contributes to controlling blood pressure, regulating blood fluidity, and strengthening arteries, veins and capillaries as well.
