The General Authority of Meteorology revealed a big surprise in the expected weather conditions in the coming days.
The authority warned of rapid changes in the weather condition as the heat wave that the country witnessed in the past days ends, with chances of rain reaching thunderstorms in some areas, amid a drop in temperatures in all parts starting next Sunday with values reaching 6 degrees Celsius.
The authority said: The country is expected to be affected by a depression, amid active winds and low humidity, which will help increase the feeling of lower temperatures, especially during the night hours.
Meteorology warned of a weather phenomenon that it described as dangerous, namely water mist, in the early hours of the morning (starting from 4 in the morning until 7 in the morning), on some roads leading to and from the northern coasts. It may sometimes be dense and reach foggy in areas of Cairo. Greater Egypt, Lower Egypt, the canal cities, and central Sinai.
