In an uncensored interview with Chris Cuomo, TikTok influencer Baylen Dupree, known for using her platform to raise awareness about Tourette syndrome, surprised the host with her spontaneity and unpredictable tics. In one of the highlights, Dupree interrupted his own speech detailing the online harassment he has suffered since rising to fame to express how malicious people revealed his location and threatened to burn down his house. The comments got worse because Cuomo let out a loud laugh when Dupree began saying things like “Fuck Chris,” “You little crybaby,” “Buy your own cookie, you fat ass.” It didn’t take long for Cuomo to regain his composure, but he let out a laugh again when Baylen gave him the middle finger. Many people considered Chris’s attitude disrespectful, but many others defended him, arguing that it was difficult not to laugh at Baylen’s comments.

Tourette syndrome is a neurological condition that, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), affects up to 1.4 million children and adults in the United States. Dupree was officially diagnosed with the disease in 2018, although she had signs of it since her childhood, which worsened during the pandemic.
