Almost a year ago, employees of the Apple Glasgow they managed to unionize, being the first Maçã store to organize in such a way in the United Kingdom. With the victory, the Scottish union highlighted that this would be just one example of how union organizations can benefit workers, as they managed to change the payment model to something “more egalitarian and less dependent on arbitrary metrics”. It will be interesting to see how Apple reacts to episodes like this in other negotiations.
