Universal access to telehealth: a priority

Universal access to telehealth, i.e. access for all patients to remote medical practices, is a measure desired by the interministerial disability committee and by several associations representing people with disabilities. Thus, it is necessary to provide information that is readable and understandable by all, taking into account the situations of the entire French population.

A collaborative approach:

Work on universal access to telehealth was carried out on the initiative of the Ministry of Health and Prevention, in collaboration with 22 associative and institutional actors in health, disability and digital technology.

They result in a practical guide “Universal access to teleconsultation”, broken down into 3 thematic sheets:
