Continue your winning streak. Universitario defeated Deportivo Municipal 2-1 in the so-called Modern Classic, and continues on the heels of the leader Alianza Lima by just two points (24-22). The match took place at the Iván Elías Moreno Stadium in Villa El Salvador, before a good number of spectators.
Municipal surprised early, when at 10 minutes into the game, the Argentine Sebastián Jaurena scored on the “U” fence, after a pass from Christopher Olivares.
