Fekete said that the cost was within the 100 euros provided by the bank.

But later the bank officials investigated the matter. It was then that Fekete admitted that his partner was also with him. Fekete’s partner does not work at the bank. Yet they traveled with Fekete. But Fekete was still of the position that he had eaten the food.
At the same time, Fekete said that he was devastated by the death of his grandmother. He also took medical leave for a few days. Fekate said that the company’s proposal to submit the cost information came at this time.
The trial was held in September. After hearing arguments from both sides, Employment Judge Caroline Illing delivered the verdict. The court ruled in favor of the bank.
The money allocated to Fekete was not examined here. The court found that Fekete had failed to disclose matters to the company. The court also pointed out that the bank deserves commitment from the employees.
