Decidedly Liverpool does not succeed in Wout Faes. The Belgian defender opened the way to victory for the Reds on Monday evening during the 36th day of the Premier League. Author of two goals against his side in the first leg, Faes was negatively illustrated on the 1st goal of the Reds in the 33rd minute, not appreciating the trajectory of a long clearing to finally allow Curtis Jones to unlock the scorer.
The Liverpool midfielder did it again moments later to make it 0-2. Wout Faes not being directly responsible this time but a concerned actor within a completely disoriented Leicester defense.
The meeting will finally end 0-3 in favor of the Reds, now 5th in the Premier League just one point behind Manchester United (4th, one game less). Leicester is 19th with 30 points and still in great danger in a fight for maintenance where Everton (32 pts) is the first non-relegation club.
