For years there have been no car washes in the most important cities of the Upper Valley that pressure you for money.
The only one that has not taken action on the matter is Roca, where motorists have to continue suffering harassment from young people and not so young people, who in a threatening tone “offer” you to wash your car or clean your windows in exchange for money.
Why, if in Neuquén and Cipolletti they were able to eradicate the problem, not in Roca? And I’m not talking about leaving them on the street, because they could easily be included in some municipal plan for some compensation.
