A new kind of war. For several weeks, Russia has been broadcasting numerous videos of its new weapons to show that it has what it takes to compete with Ukraine, which is better equipped with drones. TF1’s 20H cameras were able to follow the training of Russian soldiers regarding thirty kilometers from the front.
“We received it, not long ago, we’ve been training with it for a month,” said a Russian soldier to our microphone, regarding an electromagnetic rifle, capable of neutralizing a drone remotely. This material has a range of one kilometer and interferes with navigation and communication systems. It was purchased through a foreign country, despite the embargo on Russia.
