The ex-deputy of the State Duma announced the resumption of the investigation of the case against the artist. Lawyers believe that Kirkorov’s scandalous trick will not remain without consequences.

The other day, former State Duma deputy Roman Khudyakov said that law enforcement agencies had resumed the case of insulting the feelings of believers against 55-year-old musician Philip Kirkorov. Recall that the performer of the hit “My Bunny” aroused the wrath of the Orthodox by dancing on the cross during the anniversary show in the Kremlin. The former parliamentarian claims that Philip Bedrosovich cannot escape punishment. Meanwhile, the well-known lawyer Andrey Aleshkin, in an interview with Blitz + journalists, outlined the prospects for Alla Pugacheva’s ex-husband. According to the human rights activist, the artist may face a very serious punishment up to imprisonment.
“Acts of this kind are punishable by a fine in the amount of up to 200 thousand rubles or in the amount of the wage or other income of the convicted person for a period of up to one year, or by compulsory labor for a term of up to 480 hours, or by corrective labor for a term of up to 2 years, or by compulsory labor for a term of up to a year, or imprisonment for the same period, ”the lawyer scared Kirkorov.
The lawyer made a reservation, however, that the information about the resumption of the investigation is worth checking, since it could turn out to be someone’s PR. However, if the case really really comes to court, then the artist will not be able to get away with it.
We add that Philip Bedrosovich angered not only ordinary people, but also colleagues on the stage with his trick. In particular, actress Maria Shukshina, singer Olga Kormukhina, TV presenter Boris Korchevnikov, and many others demanded a legal assessment of the man’s actions. The latter generally considered that by his actions Kirkorov brought God’s wrath on Russia, which led to the undermining of the Crimean bridge.
