Roughly a month following the last patch, CD Projekt Red is currently delivering another update for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. This time, the graphics performance of the game on the PC and the next-gen consoles will benefit most from patch 4.03.

Specifically, this version introduces Intel’s AI alternative for upscaling, Intel Xe Super Sampling (XeSS). With AMD graphics cards, the crashes are said to have been fixed in Direct 11 X, writes “PCGamesHardware”.

As usual, the patch also fixes some errors and bugs, both in graphics and gameplay. Also added the community mod Next Gen Script Fixes by Sergeanur. On Steam, the update file is roughly two gigabytes.
