Upgraded! Microsoft pushes Windows 11 update: fix many bugs, blue screen of death problem solving | XFastest News

Microsoft released a new update (KB5012643) for Windows 11, mainly to fix bugs.

The official announcement of this update shows fixes: Windows 11 taskbar can now display temperature at the top of the weather icon on the taskbar, services for the Safe Boot component, video subtitles are partially truncated, users cannot click minimize, maximize and Major bug with close button etc.

Additionally, Microsoft says it has fixed a race condition where the startup process could cause a stop error, a blue screen of death when starting the operating system (another bug where Windows reported high memory usage due to a memory leak bug has also been fixed).

Microsoft has also fixed an issue affecting the Title attribute in Microsoft Edge IE mode, a bug that disallowed mobile device management policies in Windows Enterprise editions, as well as an issue that prevented the retrieval of Endorsement Key (EK) certificates from TPM devices and a possible failure to Problems copying the security section of Group Policy to the computer.

Of course, Microsoft is still fully preparing for the next major update of Windows 11, which is expected to be released in September and October this year.
