A security expert has warned all owners of modern Android phones about malware that can steal money from victims around the world, by sending distinctive SMS messages and making calls from victims’ phones.

Experts from the cybersecurity company revealed that the malware was discovered in the last period, and is in the name of SMSFactory, and during the past year it has worked to protect more than 165,000 people using its cybersecurity program.

The SMSFactory program has been able to reach a number of countries, including Russia, Brazil, Argentina, Turkey, Ukraine, the United States, France and Spain, and when it reaches a user’s phone, it can be used to send distinctive SMS messages and other expensive functions, charging exorbitant fees.
