HALFTIME: URUGUAY 0-0 SOUTH KOREA
It wasn’t a great start for La Celeste against an opponent who began playing at a very high intensity but faded as the minutes passed. Diego Alonso’s team had little possession of the ball but managed to generate danger on time with long shots or stopped balls. The South Korean national team lacked lucidity in the last few meters to take advantage of possession of the ball. Without a clear dominator, the game was more fought than played in the initial stage.
