US 10-year bond yields rise to 1.82% for the first time since 2020

Ten-year Treasury yields rose four basis points to 1.82%, the highest level since January 2020.

This comes amid markets betting on interest rate hikes that may reach 4 increases this year, with the Federal Reserve heading to tighten its monetary policy to face high inflation.

In Germany, the 10-year bond yield rose to positive for the first time in nearly three years.
