Helena – A transgender Democratic representative in the Montana state legislature has been banned from speaking for her criticism of anti-transgender legislation. According to a bipartisan vote in parliament on Friday, Zooey Zephyr will not be allowed to speak once more until she apologizes for saying Republicans would have “blood on their hands” if they passed a law banning sex reassignment surgery on teenagers.
