US President Joe Biden visits Buffalo after fatal shooting

After the fatal shooting of ten people in the city of Buffalo, US President Joe Biden visited the city in northwest New York on Tuesday. The White House said he wanted to mourn there with his wife Jill and the community. Details of the visit had not yet been announced on Monday. A gunman opened fire in a supermarket on Saturday, killing ten people and injuring three others.

The investigators assume a racist motive – 11 of the 13 victims were black. The 18-year-old suspect was arrested at the scene. He is in custody and is scheduled to appear before a judge on Thursday.
