US to award $10 million for information on mastermind behind hotel attack in Kenya

The United States announced on Thursday that it is offering up to $10 million for information leading to the capture of a man believed to be the “terrorist mastermind” of a 2019 attack on a hotel in Kenya that killed 21 people, including an American.
