User experience, also known as user experience (UX), is one of the main factors for a better relationship between consumers and companies. Therefore, Fabricio Visibeli, managing partner of CBYK, decided to share five tips for improving the experience of software users and showing how UX professionals can still work closely with other teams in order to ensure projects are successful. Are they:

1 – Intuitive and friendly interface: fundamental for any solution, due to technological transformations that require greater agility from professionals. Therefore, the interface must be easy to understand and usable, so that users are able to find what they are looking for more quickly and easily;

2 – Responsibility: Before creating or changing any software, it is necessary to think about how it will be used and also analyze all the impacts that this solution can have on the user’s daily life. Another fundamental step is to produce it in a way that is adapted to different devices and screen sizes;

3 – Usability tests: everything that is created or reformulated needs to be tested before being put into use, and in the technology sector this is one of the most important premises. Putting this into practice makes it possible to create the right tests so that the solution does not have any future problems and can guarantee a good experience for the user. Testing is a way of evaluating the ease of use of a product or service, and this helps identify areas that can be improved;

4 – Accessibility: When producing a solution, you don’t know exactly who will use it, so it must be accessible to all users, without exception.

5 – User feedback: User feedback can help identify areas that can be improved, and this can be done through surveys, interviews or usability testing. For this feedback to be assertive, it must be clear and objective so as not to confuse the user and the company is left without the necessary answers for improvements that may be more functional for its consumer.
