If the release had not been delayed due to the Kovid situation, Valimai would have hit the theaters on the 13th. After two and a half years, Ajith’s film expectations for the film were high. But the current Kovid situation cannot be considered a release until the normal Niall is removed. But new reports suggest that Valimai might be a bigger release when it hits theaters once more. According to the Times of India, the film will have Malayalam and Kannada versions in addition to the current versions. With this, Valimai will be Ajith’s first Pan Indian release with five language versions.

The film is also directed by H Vinod, the director of Parvai, who directed Ajith’s last film. Ajith will be seen in the role of a policeman in the action thriller category. Valimai is a movie in which Ajith plays the role of a policeman following Yennai Arinthal. The teaser and trailer that came out earlier were noted for their lively action scenes. Starring Huma Qureshi, the film stars Karthikeyan Gummakonda, Yogi Babu, Selva, GM Sunder, Achuth Kumar, Raj Ayyappa, Pelly Mani, Dhruvan, Chaitra Reddy, Pavel Navgeethan and Dinesh Prabhakar.

Neerav Shah is the cinematographer of the film which is written by the director himself. Editing by Vijay Velukutty. The songs are composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja and the background music is composed by Gibran. Produced by Bonnie Kapoor under the banner of Bayview Projects LLP. Co-produced by Sea Studios.
