Van Gaal warns young defender from moving to United!

Netherlands coach Louis van Gaal has warned young defender Jorgen Timber once morest moving to Manchester United, saying that the player’s decision “would not be wise” five months before the start of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
Since the appointment of Dutch coach Eric Ten Hag as coach of Manchester United, Timber (20 years), who plays for Ajax Amsterdam, the former Ten Hag team, has been reluctant to move to Old Trafford.
“I think a player of his quality can play in the Premier League, I don’t see any problem,” Van Gaal said on the eve of Holland’s clash with Wales in the UEFA Nations League.
When asked what would happen if he imposed himself in the starting lineup for Manchester United, Van Gaal replied: “At that time, I don’t think it would be wise to move, he should play.”
Timber was one of the main elements in the ranks of Ajax Amsterdam, who were crowned champions of the Netherlands last season.
