VDUs launch a national plan

How best to support companies in the sector after the covid pandemic, in a context marked by inflation, a strong dollar, the war in Ukraine, and climate-related issues?

This is the question that Travel Companies have asked themselves after having worked for two years of pandemic for the survival of travel and accommodation operators.

« We are emerging from this crisis with a desire to get out of the water and look ahead. Our role is to support » abstract Valerie BonedSecretary General of Travel Companies on the occasion of the Center West Travel Companies Convention which took place in Marrakech until November 21, 2022.

The union is thus launching a national support plan which will be deployed over two years at the regional level and which will allow members to move up a gear on digitization, eco-responsibility and attractiveness.

In particular, the Travel Companies wish to highlight the numerous financing possibilities for concrete actions that can be implemented with the support of ADEME (Agency for the environment and energy management), chambers of trade and industry but also and above all with OPCO Mobilités (the skills operator for mobility professions).

« The means of OPCO Mobilités were mainly requested during the crisis within the framework of the FNE-Training for employees. Yet there are a lot of resources that we do not use. explains Valérie Boned.
