Dubai: The Chinese company Veeride has been given the license to put driverless cars on the road for the first time in the UAE. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, revealed this on Twitter. The company will test several UAE-compliant self-driving vehicles. Veeride company has network in different countries of the world.
