Venezolana is married to candidate for Prime Minister of Canada

Her husband bets to win in the next elections.

The Venezuelan Anaida Galindo has the possibility of occupying the position as first lady of Canada, this in case her husband, Pierre Poilevere, is the winner in the upcoming elections to elect the prime minister in that country.

The couple married in 2017, and the ceremony took place in almost complete discretion. No long guest list, just the bride and groom.

They both “ran away” to the south of Portugal, where they organized the nuptials with the help of a planner for this type of event and a photographer.

Galindo studied in the city of Montreal, but always remembered his country of origin.

In a speech to supporters of her husband’s party, she specified that she emigrated to Canada in 1996.

“The young politician went to work for the conservative deputies while the romance with Poilievre flourished, which finally led to a marriage and two children,” wrote El Nacional.
