On Friday, a Paraguayan duel was recorded at the start of a new date in the United States Major League Soccer. Luis “Totín” Amarilla’s Minnesota United visited Andrés Cubas’ Vancouver Whitecaps, who had just scored the previous day.

The Paraguayan soccer player, Miguel Almirón, who returned to England a few days ago after his vacation, scored a brace this Saturday in Newcastle United’s first friendly during the preseason ahead of the 2022/23 season that will begin next month.

The “Magpies” thrashed 5-1 the modest Gateshead Football Club, a team from the Vanarama National League, one of the regional leagues in England.

“Miggy” entered the second half and ended up destroying the rival defense with his great acceleration. He scored the third and fourth goals for Newcastle United. Matt Ritchie, Joelinton and Sean Longstaff scored the other goals for the Albinegro team that is starting to warm up for the start of the English Premier League.

Sportivo Trinidense was a stranger’s “torazo en rodeo” and defeated Guaraní de Trinidad 2-1, this Saturday at the Don Carlos Memmel stadium in Cambyreta, for the 16th date of the 2022 Intermediate Division.
