Video.. Muhammad Sobhi responds to the deduction of his statements to offend Egypt: We adhere to our president and the government

The artist, Mohamed Sobhi, published a video clip on his official page on the social networking site “Facebook”, on Thursday evening, in response to his words being taken as insulting to Egypt and its leadership.

And he said in the video clip: “This is a response to the haters of Egypt and the homeland, all those who offended me and took away part of my words in a live broadcast, and published inverted words to distort Egypt and its leadership, and claim that I insult the words of Egypt or its leadership.”

He added, “I will review the words that were said in the video, and the geniuses took it to cut out what offends Egypt. I affirm that we are sticking to our president and the government, and we are asking for amendments and reform in many matters.

And the video clip, in which the artist appeared via the live broadcast, stated: “We appreciate the Egyptian leadership, because it saved Egypt at a defining moment, along with the armed forces and the police, from being lost to be like Libya, Yemen or Syria, and we recognize this.”

And he continued, “We love the leadership, the government, and all those who are loyal to this country. We may disagree with priorities, executive steps, and certain matters, yet we adhere to the president.”

And he continued, “I say to the president, make sure that people love you, and if you are sure of the matter, please allow the best of you to run for elections.”
