Salvador Ramosan 18-year-old resident of Uvalde, Texas, United States, shot his grandmother before heading to Robb Elementary School, where he murdered 19 minors and two teachers.

In another section, the journalist published statements by Roland Reyes, where he is seen dismayed as he wonders why God allows such things and He assures that his grandson did not have a license and did not know how to drive.
