The National Directorate of Firefighters published a video that shows how the Mendoza refrigerator building was left, located near Route 5 and the town of Mendoza, in the department of Floridaafter the fire that suffered last Monday.

In the images you can see the place consumed by the flames. Firefighters spokesman Pablo Benítez told El País that the fire “developed inside the premises, damaging a large part of the structure, as well as the machinery, raw materials and production elements.”

The Firefighters dedicated practically the entire day on Monday to extinguish the fire, which was revived with the hours. Despite the magnitude of the incident, José Azambuya, Florida Police Chief, told El País that day that in the morning the personnel who were in the refrigerator, around 50 people, were evacuated. “There were no intoxicated, life-threatening or injured people,” he said.

The cause of the fire is still being investigated.
