February 14, Team service dog and the 1st Reconnaissance Team of the Vietnam People’s Army’s Civil Engineering Team began search and rescue in Hatay province, Turkey.
The delegation performed the task at Haci Omet commune, Alpaget district, Hatay province, one of the places heavily damaged by earthquake.
At 11:45, 16:45 and 18:00, respectively, the Dog Team and the No. 1 Reconnaissance Team found 3 locations with victims.
