A former FC Barcelona adviser in Brazil who has now become an agent, André Cury revealed in an interview with Spanish radio SER that Vinicius was close to signing for Barça before his agents “betrayed” him. He also says he knows that the Brazilian striker “was a Barça supporter” and would have even “cried the evening of the comeback”.
