“This is good citizen-police community involvement, teamwork by the law enforcement folks, and a safe ending, and that’s the bottom line,” Cobaugh stated.

Langford now faces multiple charges, including five counts of Robbery in the First Degree, one count of Kidnapping (Adult), two counts of Kidnapping (Minor), and one count of Assault in the First Degree.
