Vitali Klitschko told where his children live now, whom he has not seen for 2 years

The mayor of Kyiv, and a former boxer, Vitali Klitschko admitted that the last time he saw his children was before the start of a full-scale war. Klitschko shared details of his personal life in an episode of Tour Stars on Lux FM.

In particular, Vitaliy Klitschko clarified that all three of his children – two sons: 24-year-old Egor-Daniil, 19-year-old Maxim-Alexander and 22-year-old daughter Elizabeth-Victoria, were born and now live abroad. Each of them studies in different countries.

Vitali Klitschko clarified that the youngest son Maxim-Alexander is studying in the United States of America, the eldest son Egor-Daniil is in London, the daughter Elizabeth-Victoria is in the Netherlands.

“It’s very difficult to collect them. It’s very hard for me to break free. But we see each other thanks to means of communication. However, no program can replace the feeling when you hug a child,” Klitschko said.

When asked by a journalist whether he considered himself a good father, the mayor of Kyiv replied that he was trying to be one, but the children needed time, which he did not give them.

“I didn’t spend as much time with the children as I needed. First – my sports career, training camps, competitions, then – politics, which takes up absolutely all my time. Now there’s a war, and therefore, unfortunately, I don’t pay much attention to the children. But “Mom took all the functions that father also needed,” said Vitali Klitschko.

It is worth noting that Vitali Klitschko was married to athlete and singer Natalya Egorova. The couple was married for 26 years and had three children. However, in 2022, Vitali Klitschko and Natalya Egorova announced that they were getting a divorce. Later, the couple admitted that the reason for the divorce was their separate lives – Vitaly lived in Kyiv, and Natalya and her children lived in Germany.
