Through a ceremony to award medical personnel from the Pachuca General Hospital, Edda Vite Ramos evoked the similarity between the mission of the DIFH System, which, like health professionals, is to safeguard the most vulnerable Hidalguenses.
In a press release, the government agency reported that Vite Ramos said that “in the DIF Hidalgo System, we are committed to protecting the most vulnerable Hidalguenses and making them part of the great project under construction to achieve together, government and society, the Hidalgo that we want”.
Before the head of the Ministry of Health, Zorayda Robles Barrera, and the director of the Pachuca General Hospital, Antonio Vázquez Negrete, the president of the DIF Hidalgo Board of Trustees expressed the enormous commitment and willingness of the system that she represents to work together with the and health professionals for the benefit of the people who need it most.
The award-winning team was made up of doctors belonging to the subspecialties of ophthalmology; Traumatology and orthopedics; internal Medicine; anesthesiology; social work and social patrimony who performed 422 cataract surgeries over a year; 141 knee, 97 hip and 24 dental prosthesis; through 684 interventions in 77 municipalities in the state of Hidalgo.
