Maresi takes over the Romanian Enigma Trading, specialist in the distribution of sponges, cloths, cling film, bin liners and disposable gloves. 26 employees achieved a turnover of 18 million euros in 2022. Maresi has had its own branch in Romania since 2008 and sells partner brands such as NUK and Dr. Beckman. Maresi expects synergies in marketing and sales from the takeover. Most recently, Vivatis sales were 1.16 billion euros.
